Speech Team - 2014-2015
Speech Team is starting - Our Speech Team is starting off the very first week of school. If your student is interested, and/or if you would like to help with the program, please know the team meets every Wednesday from 4:15-5:30 in the …… Please make sure your student attends from the very first session if he/she is interested. If you are interested in helping with the program as a parent, please contact Mr Enrique Enguidanos, Speech Team Coach, at: speech@stmattewseattle.com Speech Team is a wonderful St. Matthew School tradition. It is a great venue for learning how to formulate and deliver a message, and is a great way to do so in a friendly and fun environment. The team meets weekly from the beginning of the school year through January, and participates in tournaments (usually one on a Saturday in December, and the other on a Saturday in January) during this period. Some students enjoy spending time during the rest of the year, and/or during the summer months leading up to the start of the school year, preparing material for the upcoming season.

Parent volunteers are welcome and provide great encouragement and training to the students. Please consider sharing your time and talent.
